Primary Responsibilities: Management of existing development team, as well as training of new developers and development interns. • Development and maintenance of client websites • Education and collaboration with the design team to ensure design concepts can be executed accurately and to optimize user experience • Brainstorming with the creative team to conceptualize revolutionary digital marketing strategies • Higher level project management tasks such as wireframing, scope of work, project timelines, deliverables scheduling, and budgeting.

Primary Responsibilities: Development of new client websites • Integration of custom content management systems, as well as other popular, 3rd party CMS such as Wordpress, Joomla, and Drupal • HTML email marketing using a custom tool, as well as 3rd party email marketing tools such as MailChimp and Constant Contact • Maintenance and/or modernization of existing/older sites
