Working with a partner agency, my company was tasked to redesign, rebuild, and improve the overall functionality of the existing platform of DIRECTV Dealer microsites which currently includes over 280 authorized dealers nationwide, but will grow to over 1200 within the year. Working directly with a team of upper management and marketing executives from AT&T, as well as project managers from the partner agency, and our internal development team, I collaborated to establish a scope of work, budget, and a project timeline that included specific deadlines for deliverables with an urgent turnaround expectancy. As the Lead Developer, I was solely responsible for the platform build out, including migrating the data from the previous platform for all 280+ dealers in a way that would allow their content to easily be managed both globally, and individually, and to ensure minimal downtime during the transition, and absolutely no disruption to existing SEO, analytics, or ad tracking.
